Penjana Kapital to ensure effective management of PNF - Tengku Zafrul

KUALA LUMPUR: The Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MoF Inc) set up Penjana Kapital Sdn Bhd to ensure that Penjana Nasional Fund (PNF) is effectively managed. Finance Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz said a dedicated board of directors and an investment panel have been appointed for Penjana Kapital to ensure proper governance, transparency and close monitoring of funds disbursed under PNF.
